Teaching Method

College management is good in many aspects. But they don't allow hostel girs to go out of the campus. Every hosteller has to reach their hostel by 8 :30 pm. Else they will be prevented from getting the hostel the next year. These are some harsh rules. The food is not upto the level in the college. One thing that is bad in our college is food. We can't get good food every day.

Results

SASTRA stands for Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. It was established in 1984 and provides various UG, PG and doctoral degrees. It has multiple departments to cater to academic requirements of students. Examination Schedule and academic calendar can be accessed directly from the university website. The exams are conducted in semester pattern i.e. twice in an academic year.

Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA) University is deemed university and one of the top universities in Tamil Nadu. It has eight schools and two centers that offer undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs in various fields. The university has a dedicated placement cell that looks after the employment needs of the students. In the recent placement drive, Sastra University witnessed around more than 2400 students getting placed. A total of 90% of students got internship offers from top companies and organizations.
